Our story began at Caffe Amouri over a simple cup of coffee. We talked for hours, grinning from ear to ear. Evan said "I love you" first in NYC Central Park, beating Nicole by a matter of hours, as she had planned to tell him on top of the Empire State Building that same night. Less then a year later we packed up our belongings, Tazzy, and lots of trust, to move to Chicago together... just in time to spend the pandemic in a tiny city apartment. It only made us fall deeper in love. Planning for our future we moved home to the east coast. Evan proposed on the beach in the Outer Banks with Nicole's whole family at our side. Nicole said yes.
